ENDOWMENTS & SCHOLARSHIPS

  1. C.G. Philip Memorial Scholarship- Instituted by the staff and students of the year 1970 -71 to be awarded to two students who secure the highest marks in Hindi in the II B.A. Degree and II B.Sc. Degree University Examinations separately.
  2.   M.J. Scaria Memorial Scholarships - Instituted by the staff and students of the year 1970-71 to be awarded to the students who secure the highest marks in II BA Economics and I MA Economics University Examinations. 
  3.  M.T. Philip Memorial Scholarship - Instituted by the staff and students of the year 1970-71 to be awarded to two students who secure the highest marks in Malayalam in II B.A./B.Sc. Degree University Examinations.
  4. A.V. Mathai Memorial Scholarship - Instituted by the Staff Association in the year 1984 to be awarded to two students who secure the highest percentage of marks in English in the II Degree University examinations.
  5. Thomaskutty Scaria Memorial Scholarship - Instituted by the Staff Association to be awarded to the students who stand first in the Final BA Economics and Final M.A. Economics University Examinations.
  6. Very Rev. Fr John Kunnapally Sacerdotal Golden Jubilee Memorial Scholarship - To be awarded to the student who gets the highest marks in Malayalam in the II B.A/B.Sc. University Examinations
  7.  P.T.A. Scholarship - To be awarded to the students who stand first and second in each batch of each class in the Model Examinations.
  8. Prof. Joy Cyriac Mappilaparampil Endowment - Instituted by the Mathematics Forum in January 1997 - provides for a scholarship to be awarded to the students who secure the highest marks in Mathematics in the B.Sc. and M.Sc., Degree Examinations.
  9. Thomaskutty Scaria Memorial Endowment - This endowment, given by the Staff Association in memory of Thomaskutty Scaria of the Department of Economics, is used to conduct a Memorial Lecture once in two years.
  10. Sony Chacko Memorial Endowment - Given by the Staff Association in memory of Sony Chacko of the Department of Chemistry. This endowment is used to conduct a Memorial Lecture once in two years.
  11. Prof. K.D. Antony Memorial Endowment- Given by the Staff Association in memory of Prof. K.D. Antony of the Department of English, to be awarded to i). two students who secure the highest marks in BA English University Examinations.ii) a student in BA English on a merit cum means basis.
  12. Msgr Peter Uralil Memorial Endowment - Instituted by Uralil family in memory of the former Principal, Msgr Peter Uralil. to be awarded to the student who stands first in the Final B.Sc. Physics University Examination
  13. Prof. P.Narayana Swamy Endowment for the Best Chemistry Student - Instituted by Prof. P. Narayana Swamy in 2003, to be awarded to the Final year B.Sc. Chemistry student who secures the highest percentage of marks in Part III (Main & Subsidiaries) in the First Year and the Second Year University examinations
  14.  Prof. P.T. Joseph Memorial Endowment - Instituted by the Association of the Retired Staff in 2003 ,in memory of Prof. P.T. Joseph,the former Principal,to be awarded to two students - one from the Final Year B.A. and B.Com.classes and the other from the Final Year B.Sc classes - who secure the highest percentage of marks in part lll (Main & Subsidiaries) in the First Year and the Second Year University examination
  15. Prof. James K. George Endowment Instituted by the Commerce Alumni of the college,to be used for conducting a lecture once in three year for the benefit of Commerce Students.
  16. Saji George Kallada Endowment Instituted by St Dominic's Alumni UAE Chapter,to the utilised for two cash awards to the top scores in final B.com and Final M.Com
  17. FOSA Everrolling Trophy Instituted by Prof. Claramma Paul of the Zoology Department in 2009 to be awarded to the winners of the Intercollegiate Elocution Competition in Malayalam conducted by FOSA.
  18. Prof. Abraham K. Endowment Instituted in 2010 by the children of Prof. Abraham K. Sebastian the first Head of the Dept. of English In Celebration of his eightieth birthday,to be used for award of a medal and cash prize to the top scorer in the Fourth Semester University Examination in English Common Course.
